Northstar’s container storage service is designed to keep your belongings safe and protected in state-of-the-art storage facilities. Your items are stored in bespoke 250 cubic foot wooden containers. The containers are housed in highly secure warehouses with 24/7 monitored CCTV, ensuring peace of mind for both short- and long-term storage needs.
Whether you’re storing furniture, documents, or other valuable items, Northstar’s containers provide the ideal solution to safeguard your possessions.
Containerised storage, being much more economical than self storage, is ideal for customers not requiring regular access to their possessions. Removals industry-standard sized containers (measuring 2.4m high x 1.5m wide x 2.15m long) offer the most suitable option — economically ideal for long term storage for many years.
A fully managed service with flexible terms
The storage service is fully managed, so we keep track of everything we put into or remove from store or take out of your container. We collect and transport to and from storage for you. Free removal blankets, ideal for storage to protect your belongings, at all times.
A basic inventory can be provided for the contents of your individual containers or a comprehensive numbered inventory. For valuable items a photographic inventory can be provided.
We keep our terms for this service as flexible as possible. You do not need to commit to long-term contracts. Should you require any of your belongings stored, we simply require about a week’s notice (subject to availability) when you wish to have your consignment delivered from store. If we can release the goods earlier, we will do so.
For storage inspections and obtaining items, Northstar provides removal operatives to assist you with moving, rearranging or consolidating your belongings at the store for reasonable rates.
